Consul General Fei Mingxing Attends Launching of BRICS Scientific Research Project


On 19th March, Consul General Fei Mingxing attended the BRICS BEST (Bioenergy from Eco-Sustainable Technology) Launching ceremony at Durban University of Technology. More than 100 people were present, including Professor Sibusiso Moyo, Deputy Vice-chancellor of Durban University of Technology and Professor Wang Zhengxiang, Head of Team China.



Consul General Fei congratulated the successful launching of the BRICS BEST project, exchanged views with professors of the research teams respectively, and hoped to see their research results bringing benefits to the peoples of the BRICS members and contributing to the sustainable development of the world at an early date.


More than 60 BRICS scientists will participate in this three-year BRICS BEST project, headed by Durban University of Technology and aimed at transforming agricultural waste into renewable energy through advanced technology.
