1988-1995    Staff Member, Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions.

1995-1998    Vice consul, Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Sydney.

1998-1999    Staff Member, Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions.

1999-2003 Second Secretary and First Secretary, Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Commonwealth of Australia. Staff Member, Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions.

2003-2005    First Secretary, Department of North American and Oceanian Affairs , Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China.

2005-2006    Consul, Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China in Brisbane.

2006-2010    Counsellor, Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Republic of Fiji.
